got my router last saturday and still waiting for internet connection. can u tell me how long it will take. thank you

It's active now, sorry for the delay in flicking the switch on our side but if you plug the router in you should be able to get online.

Just double check it hasn't extended your contract on your phone line - I removed the anytime add on and for some reason it put me into a new line rental contract.
