uptime and ip profile getting worse not happy

as the title suggests i am having trouble with my up time it never lasts more than 3 or 4 days and as a consequence my ip profile is slipping further down i have also done a quiet line test and can now hear a faint beeping noise where i could not hear anything  before (was quiet as the grave) am not happy as my internet is getting gradually worse can someone out there in pn land please take a look at my line and tell me whats going on regards tony

Your line is showing quite a few errors, which router are you using?
I can see you've taken a router from us recently, any chance this started happening since you got the new router?

no dan  it is the same router that you supplied when i became a customer so no changes there its the technicolor one

Strange, I'm going to send you out a replacement router to try as you are in warranty.
If you can give this a go and let me know if it makes any difference.

hi dan what has pointed you to think it may be the router and not a problem with the line as i said i now have a faint beeping on the line there all the time even when listening to dial tone  where as i never had this before the line was really quiet

I'm not seeing any problems with the line from this side apart from the errors.
As long as you've tested the phone line in the test socket without anything else plugged in I'm more than happy to get a phone engineer out to you. If you want to PM me with some availability we can sort it out.
