Has anyone else had this issue or is it just me. Download speeds are pretty good getting between 10 to 14 mb but upload speed is horrendous.

Those upload speeds are fairly typical of a capped upload (just below 0.45Mb/s sync), if this is the case then Plusnet can uncap for you.

w23 is exactly right - I'll get the uncap order placed for you, should get you around 1Mb on the upload instead. It'll complete tomorrow, hope it sorts things out for you.

If you're using the technicolor router we send out, just log in to it at http://192.168.1.254 - username is admin and the password is the router's serial number on the sticker on the bottom (starting with the letters CP). Once you're logged in click on the broadband section on the left and it should give you the stats in the main page.
