upload speed

Hi
I still get an UPLOAD speed of 1mb (download 11mb) on my fibre account.. can someone nudge my profile so that its increases (and download too if thats poss)? Only that I got an email a few months ago to say it would be increased, but I havent noticed a change yet.
I do watch catch up tv on iplayer, and my fibre connection has been great, very pleased with it - in that it plays without interuptions, although I did notice last night for the first time it was buffering sometimes.

I think it's been mentioned on other threads that the upload regrades were been done in batches - yours might not have been done as yet.

As I had BT's ordering system open when I came across this post I've manually placed an order to increase the upstream for you. This should complete tomorrow.

I have just upgraded (Wed) to Unlimited, but no change to Upload.

Hi shuffle,
Your line estimates for your upload speed is 1MB/s, our profile is set above this. Your upload is syncing at 1.2MB/s so that's what you should be getting.

Unless you have changed from standard 21CN to Fibre there should be no change in the speeds (sync or results of speed tests).
