upload speed

I'm new here so hello everyone, nice to be with plusnet. Very happy with my service, it's nice to be with a provider that cares about gamers

I was reading a post about adsl+ customers can get there upload uncapped free of charge? I only ask this because the guy sharing my connection with me uses skype and sometimes uses more than 300kb's upload. Plus I think it could benefit me as a gamer to have a faster upload.
Is there any chance I could get this upcapped free of charge?
