upload speed

i think my upload is getting wrost it was 18mb now its getting around 2.50mb i play Final fantasy XIV online i noticed alot of lag becuse of upload gone down

Hi David,
I've just been running some diagnostic checks which don't show any obvious causes for this at all.
I'm assuming you saw those speeds when using a wired connection?
I was about to advise you to raise a fault but see you've done so already
Bear with us and out faults guys will pick that up ASAP for you.

its upload speeds are crap then ever i had with bt and plusnet when i have net

yes it is wired connection i am not happy with plusnet at this time they never say what the problem is i think soon is better to leave plusnet i never recomand anyone to here i used to but tickets is open the last time over 14 days untill i get a open rech person out i think the connection need a hard reset call

I see you've created a fault ticket, we'll get that picked up and tested asap.
Is the upload slow at all times or is it specific times of the day?

its all the time upload speeds are around 2.50 to 3mb is it the server i am on that is downgraded over time i did a ip look on plusnet the domain is caneese.plus.com

yes Chris it was the bt home hub 4 that gone on me i am not paying £135 for a new one
