upload speed showing as 0 any help appreciated

hi all new on here as never had a need before any help greatly appreciated

I raised a ticket on monday @ 19.30 s pages were loading so slow

speed test shows download 1.2 compared to my usual 4-5

upload speed either doesnt get a result or shows 0.1

since monday I have heard nowt from support team, does anyone know howlong this usually takes

done a speed test tonight on
BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test
these are results

Download speed 4.44  mbps
upload speed 0.00 mbps
ping 114.67

good download speed for my address but upload showing 0?

websites take an age to load if at all

also got this info from Bt test
Download speedachieved during the test was - 4.63 Mbps
