upgrading product

I havegone for an online upgrade your product,  to move from Legacy BBYW option 2 to the current plusnet extra. As I'm an existing customer I understand that it won't start until my next billing month, but I had no acknowledgment by email and my account doesn't show the product upgrade is in the pipeline. Is this normal?,
I would expect some sort of acknowledgment of the order.

Re: upgrading product

You did indeed but I thought i would let it stand on the basis that we are both probably correct and I answered the bit about email notification

Re: upgrading product

Thanks a lot
I went through the process twice at the weekend as I was unsure that my order had been placed the first time. There are 2 clsoed tickets there but how many people would think to look there?.
Automated email acknowledgment shouldnt be too hard
