I upgraded to 80/20 and i am still getting 40/10 speeds
I've done several speedtests and i always get 40 down and around 12 up.
I put a ticket in incase i am capped at 40down but there has been no movemont on it and it's even been closed (#60100430)
Is there a magic switch that needs to be thrown here or is this the max speed i can expect ?

It looks like the ticket was closed after 14 days on no activity on there.
Everything with your profile is set correctly and you should be receiving speeds higher than you currently are.
In the last response on the ticket it mentions to raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net this would be the next best step, complete the initial diagnostic questions and if it's still no higher then we will investigate this as a fault.
