update for Fault #90504513, not wanting to push it down the queue

I have already replied to it today to inform you of a lost sync, so I don't want to push it further back in the queue.  But in last 15 minutes its got a lot worse, lost sync after lost sync.  If only it happened on Monday when the OR engineer was here  Lips are sealed
Currently using a backup router / Filter / router cable in the test socket.
