unlimited vmbu still not showing any usage

the vmbu on unlimited still hasnt started recording any usage yet still saying that it can take 2 hours and that has well past now.
Are you sure that vmbu is still going to be used on unlimited?

Yes - It will definitely be used.
It's basically the same one as on Business Premier.
I'd give it until the end of the day, otherwise I'll raise a problem on it in the morning.

its o.k at mo as i have net limiter runing getting a resonable estimate of usage.
nice to be unlimited i can leave radio 1 streaming with out feeling the need to check usage every 30 mins.
watching net limiter knock up the MB when pushing my line to bursting(trying to copy the new plusnet homepage annimation ;D) is insane.
If i saw that amount clocked up so quick before i would of bein diving across the room to pull the pc power plug  out

think we can safely say that unlimited vmbu is not working as it still showing the takes 2 hours from reset info.
dont know why iam still up at this time of morning most likely force of habit from the old product

I increased the prioritiy to a P1 earlier this morning.
It's being looked at now.

Up and runing now.
looks like it came alive about 5pm matching usage with net limiter.
there is defo no unoffical usage figure where you will kindly ask me to leave and close the door behind me is there  
i ask as for the life of me cant sort that messy terms and condtion page to mean somthing to the unlimited product.
edit. just seein a little error on the summary page peak and off peak is stated as 0-midnight midnight-0 shouldnt the zero be an 8

there maybe a gd reason why the peak and off peak has the time stated as midnight - 0    0 - midnight as all usage is chucked in to the peak.
i take it there will be some tweaking  done on stuff like this when the storm settles down.
