Re: unlimited fibre

Moving to the Unlimited Product gives speeds of up to 76Mb down and 20Mb up. These speeds are dependent on what your line can actually achieve. What speeds are you getting at the moment?

Re: unlimited fibre

Product change happens on your next billing date
Moving from 40/10 to 80/20 I have no idea but the speed would only change if your line will support speeds in excess of about 37Mb

Re: unlimited fibre

Given the speeds you're achieving, I've placed an order for you to be moved to the 76Mb/20Mb product, that should complete by the end of the day on Monday.

Re: unlimited fibre

Why not give the Customer Options Team a call to see whether they can offer a package to your liking?
