Re: unanswered ticket

This means that our automated faults tool has failed to raise the fault automatically so the agent has raised the fault manually via eCo (the tool we use for ordering and fault tracking).
Hope this helps,

Re: unanswered ticket

just had an answer to my ticket, that BT hasnt found a fault with my line. Its not a fault. I want my SNR reducing to the original 9db from the current 15db.
should i close the ticket with the fault and raise a new one? There seems to be a bit of confusion here.

Re: unanswered ticket

Don't close the ticket as you will lose the history and the mistake.
Just answer it and state clearly you want the target SNR reduced to its previous 9dB which is what it was before your problems.

You mention 9dB but the normal default is 6dB for Max, so was it raised to 9dB for a reason? If not I suggest you ask for it to be reset to 6dB

Also keep persevering with this. BT are VERY reluctant to change the SNR on a line but if you keep pushing PN should be able to convince then eventually.
