unable to get to paypal.co.uk

  Hi,
I cannot reach paypal.co.uk and ebay is really slow...  I was on gateway ptn-ag1 and rebooted my router, now im on pte-ag1 but still no joy.
I have two lines into my house and the other has bt broadband, if i switch to that on the same computer, it is fine... 
anyone else having difficulties

I had some really s l o w  loading pages at paypal earlier this afternoon too.
