Re: transfer to 21c network

That rather depends on the speeds you are getting now.
If you can post your router stats - noise margin, speed and attenuation we will be able to give a good idea.
In principle speeds won't get worse and they could get considerably better

Re: transfer to 21c network

FYI I can see prior to this change you would have been connecting at around 4mb, it should now be around 6mb.

Re: transfer to 21c network

sorry oldjim I did not get back straight away but I had to go out  ,But it looks like Adam walker from plusnet has answered my question, a 50% increase in download speed would be nice ,and now unlimited at what looks like a cheaper price,  Its fantastic the back up Ive gotten from both the forum and plusnet ticket system having put up with AOL for many years .So thanks oldjim and Adam

Re: transfer to 21c network

I just checked my router stats with the help of information from plusnets online information are as follows

              dsl connection uptime  13days  5.22.33
                bandwith    up/down    443/6.147
                data transfered              442.18/1.99
                dsl type                          itu- t g.992.3
the dsl type  indicates that  Im on adsl2    does the above question mean that my service will transfer to adsl2+  under the 21c network

Re: transfer to 21c network

It does indeed, our systems have you down as being in ADSL2+ so that's definitely right.

Re: transfer to 21c network

g.992.3 means you are already on 21CN.

Re: transfer to 21c network

What router do you have - with your sync speed I'd have expected you to be on ADSL2+
Could you post your full router stats including sync speed, attenuation and noise margin please.
