Please could someone have a look at this and tell me what is going on, I am getting cut off whenever I try to call support.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting cut off when trying to call us, I'll get that looked into. I can see that the orders should now have all completed. I've made some changes to your account which should allow you to connect to the Internet once you connect your router up.

Any ideas why I was told more engineering work wsd needed on the line before it would activate? I now have a light on my router so thankyou!

Well I've had a look and can't see any engineering work that's required but I'll feed that back to ensure the person you spoke to knows where to look in future - it may have been human error.
