ticket #68861462

Can someone please review ticket #68861462.
This very slow upstream issue has been present ever since I got Plusnet fibre but got worse a few weeks ago. My upstream speed is now a very poor 0.6mbps.
PN have been very good about getting BT to investigate, unfortunately BT have been very poor about identifying the cause of the problem. BT's latest visit (yesterday) put all the blame on PlusNet and seemed pleased that PlusNet would have to pay for the visit.
This has gone on long enough now and it's time someone at PlusNet took BT to task about this.

Hi npr,
Our faults team will be picking this up with your added notes and speaking with our suppliers. We'll be in-touch once we've got an update.

Re: ticket #68861462

Can someone please give this ticket a prod.
There's been no action for the past two weeks.
Any PN updates just keep saying "Your fault is still being investigated by our suppliers".

@npr
Hi, there's an update from the early hours of this morning stating that a solution is being worked on, not much apart from that I'm afraid but I'd imagine we will receive a more detailed update later today.

Re: ticket #68861462

Was informed a visit by BT was arranged for Friday between 8am and 1 pm.
Well the appointed time has been and gone, with no sign of BT!
Can someone please review this long standing fault before I start going down the complaints procedure route.

Re: ticket #68861462

It seems there was an issue booking your engineer for this morning, but this is going to go ahead for this afternoon. Anytime up until 6pm.

I stayed in all morning especially waiting for this BT visit.
Will not be in this afternoon -- thing's to do.  Undecided

Re: ticket #68861462

Apologies for that, there is definitely an engineer set to attend today. If you're unable to make this I'll get another arranged for you.

Had a phone call from PN to arrange a BT visit for Monday 8am to 1pm.
Sorry, just realised I can not be in at this time.  Embarrassed
Can we please re-arrange for Wednesday or Thursday, am or pm.

Re: ticket #68861462

Last Thursday 6 BT guys came out with 3 BT vans and spent around 4 hours looking in to a open manhole.
That made no improvement to my miserable 0.6 mbps upstream speed.
It has however made a big difference to my Plusnet fibre download speed.
That has now dropped from around 20.9 mbps to 17.9 mbps.  Angry
This is ridiculous, can I please have some action on this.
Comments, last Sunday, on your ticket say you're waiting for your suppliers to reply real doesn't help. Does no one chase these things up at plusnet.
