throttled.

Hi,i was throttled last night because of me going over my 4gb b/b+ peak time usage and its the start of a new month today.This morning everything was ok,now just a coincidence or not i dont know,its turned 4pm and im down to speeds of 100+just.My monthly usage is still showing last months total usahge of around 7+gb usage,including just over my 4gb peaktime usage,could this have anything to do with me being throttled.???

Ray,
Can I ask if you have rebooted your modem or router since 2pm this afternoon?
If not, can you possibly give it a go for me?

  Hia,just rebooted and ive hit 240 or so,when you say reboot,you just mean restart pc,not turn off router power.???

Hi jameseh,i have just restarted pc but do you mean actually turn power off at the router.??The speeds have only got to 250 or so.

Hi jameseh,just got router back up and im back at 1882,thats great and plusnets great and your not so bad yourself jameseh,up the owls we need 3 more tomorrow night at west brom.cow,oh go on then come on wednesday.
