as far as i am aware PN has,t done a line test,  maybe JoJO or adam  may pick up on this thread and check for me  Wink please

Hi there, I can see you've raised a ticket but would recommend that you advise specifically that it's the upload that is suffering, not the download. I'll put some notes on there and see if I can get the results of a line test added as well for you.
EDIT: Our logs show that the connection has been active for 24 hours now but the line test results are showing 0 HEC errors on the upstream. Are you still seeing those issues?

HI matt yes last nite i swapped the router for a spare one i had .
and yes the router now shows 0HEC errors.
what i may do is leave routerstats running tonite

i have just been watching bbc i player , funnily enough when it started buffering video stopped  it also coincided with 2 drops on my routerstats  Huh
is it coincidence

Hmmm, it shows as a continuous connection of more than 5 days on our systems, from the 3rd to the 8th. I guess that could be an error somewhere but not sure where, have you noticed the problem since?
