is there a step bt step guide to do this part of the bt test plusnet states i need to do it.I managed to do the pppoe but am unable to do the other tap3 test.I have followed there non helpful guide and it wont connect.I am having fibre speed issues as low as 5mbs the problem being it is intermittetent and every time an engineer comes out it is ok at the time so apparently I have to do this test as soon as it drops again.
To do the tape 3 apparently i have to log into the router and alter the username and password I have tried this on set up my router but it doesn't work or should i be doing it a different way?
Any guidance would be much appreciated

Unfortunately the TAP3 test has been broken since early January and is not due to be fixed for around another month.
Who asked you to do it - one of the Plusnet Support staff?
I take it you're having speed problems, is it all the time or a particular time of day?
