synced with exchange

hi there Grin
o ordered plusnet last week...
it says it will be active on wednesday after 12pm.. but i am now connected to my local exchange (solid light on router.. connected at 8128 / 448)
was speaking to the bt engineer and he rekons theres no reason i should be able to get online now.. thing is i cant... connecting to server failed.. then lcp allowed to come up then its down etc...
can plusnet activate my account on there side?

Hi there,
I've just activated your account at this end, so assuming that BT have done all of the necessary work, you should be able to connect in the next ten minutes.
