switch to unlimited, lost fixed ip?

Is this to be expected?  I hadn't read anywhere that this would be the case. How do I get my fixed IP back?

Re: switch to unlimited, lost fixed ip?

Just now noticed the other thread on this same subject. Annoying as I'll now have to configure various items to access my CCTV server at a different address.  Sad
Quite why a change if product should result in this I don't know.

It shouldn't result in that, but unfortunately the new product wasn't configured correctly to allow the static IP to carry across. Happy to add a new one now for you, but as you seem to be aware it'll be different to your previous one.

Yes please if you could apply a fixed ip that would be great.  Ive only got a couple of external conections back to home, so not that much hardship compared to others.
