i raised a ticket on friday 60108719 still had no reply as of yet.
could someone please take a look at it please.
it was requesting upping my usage from 60gb to 120gb

Indeed, if you followed the trials.plus.net link it says that tickets raised through there can take 7-14 days to be replied to, that's because they are only picked up by a small team that don't work weekends.
