i raised a ticket on friday 60108719 still had no reply as of yet.
could someone please take a look at it please.
it was requesting upping my usage from 60gb to 120gb

welcome to the forums jessy2000, iirc I think it can take up to7 days for a reply to this request.
Though I could be wrong

Indeed, if you followed the trials.plus.net link it says that tickets raised through there can take 7-14 days to be replied to, that's because they are only picked up by a small team that don't work weekends.

yes i did follow that link, sorry i did not see it could take that long.
