My sugarsync file manager wilI not connect and I cannot browse to sugarsync.com.  I have tried using 3 different computers and browsers, my iPad and my iPhone all with the same result.  I have reset my router, no difference.  i can get to it using 3G so I guess the site is up.
Any ideas?  Is it being blocked for some reason, am I in in China   Any help appreciated

At least its not just me.  I couldn't connect last night either. Very strange.

There appears to be an issue at the moment accessing certain sites. Please see this <a href="http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,107292.0.html">thread</a>.
Any traceroutes would be appreciated so we can press on with getting this resolved.
We have raised a problem(72561) for this and are investigating further.
I will update as soon as I have one.

Just for your info, I am also having this problem for approx 24 hours now.
I only realized it was a Plusnet problem (rather than sugarSync) when I tried to report it to them....
I can't connect to their status page [ www.sugarsync.com/servicestatus ] either, just times-out.
I'm unable to ping www.sugarsync.com (it resolves to 74.201.86.21)
However, if I try going to http://74.201.86.21, there's a long delay
then I get a Web-of-trust warning about a site with poor reputation -
http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/74.201.86.21
Then when I tried to mail SugarSync support, the mail bounced ...
SMTP error from remote server in greeting:
host mx2.sherweb2010.com[66.46.183.249]:
550 Connection refused
However, when I sent the same mail via my Gmail account it went though OK.

Hi,
I've also had the same problem of being unable to connect to sugarsync since yesterday.
If you need to connect, I have found that using the anchorfree hotspot shield (http://www.anchorfree.com/) free proxy/vpn enables you to connect to sugarsync as a temporary solution.

Also, email to support@sugarsync.com sent from the webmail interface (I use the basic one) went through ok, even without hotspot shield activated.
