sudden service change

what the heck have you guys been doing all of a sudden d/load speed hitting just under 20 mbs with a upload speed of 1 meg and a ping time of under 5ms.... what ever youve done keep it up ive never had such good speeds or such a stable line so thanks

It sounds like your exchange & line has just been put on to 21CN, after languishing on 20CN.
This basically means you're now on the Upto 20Mb product and not the Upto 8Mb product.

@gruf69 - Your connection was upgraded on the 15/09/14 so you're now on the upto 20mbps service with an uncapped upload speed!
