sudden loss of speed

good job i monitored for more than couple of days! on day 5, Thursday speed nosedived to 0.1mg, 128 kps, so almost unusable. nothing has changed at this  end, still in master socket with the new cables, filters,  router etc. informed support team, because  ticket is still open on Thursday, still waiting for a response!

sorry, not been around much last week, but whatever you guys did seems to be working, getting about 3.7 megs! and connection seems pretty solid, up for 2-3 days at a time. my line i understand has been retrained, this period should now be over, so here's hoping!
