subscription discount - changing broadband package

Hi, can anyone tell me if the £5 month discount offer would still apply if i switched packages? And which should i do first...agree to the new contract or change my package?

Hi there,
If you're looking at changing account type anyway, I'd do that first.  The reason I say this is that if you do take the offer and then subsequently change your product, we'll need to manually intervene to reapply the discount once you have changed your product.
