think my profile is stuck at 3500 as im syncing at around 5 for days and it hasnt change, could one of the great ppl here take looksie?

Right... the latest update from BT was this morning at about 6am, and unfortunately that was to refresh the 3500 profile that's currently assigned. As such I'm afraid we can't update it as it's set correctly.
Have you noticed any disconnections or anything that may be influencing the connection at all?

cheers for taking a look, havent noticed any disconnects its been solid for a while now, guess I will just have to wait and see, cheers anyway
