speeds on premium

Currently getting up to 2mb download and 0.5mb upload.
Shouldnt I be getting better than this as the advertising says up to 20mb?

Please provide the stats from your router - speeds, attenuation and noise margin

As you're in the progress of migrating from our old LLU platform over to 21CN, it's not easy for me to get hold of your line stats. If you can give the information Jim asks for that would be a great starting point.

The IP Profile reported by the BT speedtest and current line speed reported by https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed might reveal the reason!

They are most likely going to be unable to run that, as the order to move back from Tiscali LLU to 21CN hasn't yet completed.
