was promised between 1.2mbps and 1.9mbps , never had these speeds currently 0.6mbps , the worse connection speed in 15 years , moved from Talk Talk because i found out they were charging me for fibre when it wast even available , are there any ISP providers who actually do what they say.?

Can you run a BT Speedtest for me, ensuring you do the further diagnostics test after the first one completes. This stores the results on the supplier system and allows us to use this to report the fault.
