cant believe i am saying this but my speed is faster than its ever been and my ping is excellent, dont want to speak too soon but so far so good.....................

hi Mand, i did think that but thought it would be nice to post some good news, i dont think that all the problems are solved but seems ok at the moment.
links below are quite interesting sites and also for good ping and speed tests, but interesting to see what the rest of the world is up to, although i think there is a bit of propaganda when it comes to the uk speeds reported!!

hi, didnt last long, i have managed to get the highest and lowest speeds i have seen in one day!!!!!! and the pings have been useless tonight for gaming.
i have noticed there is a thread running for pro customers with speed problems, are we talking days weeks or months before this is sorted

Hi Martin, we expect to see some significant improvements over the next week or so. We've got engineers down in London over the next couple of days to make some architectural changes that should certainly help.
I've made a slight change to the routing of your traffic over our network. You'll need to disconnect/reconnect before it takes effect however it might help improve things a little for you.

At just about the same time as Martin experienced 'download amazement' I downloaded
a 33MB app at around 502KB/sec (that's kilobytes, not bits!) in under a minute.
I thought all my christmases had come at once....until a little later we were back to the 'normal'
Let's have some more of that please,Plusnet!!!
