I do not use any security package.
the problem has been on going with 3 routers. 2 of which were tg582n and dsl n66u

This last one was also taken by Firefox, first one when I had the FTTC installed. Things have gone downhill a tad, but the TBB download has generally always been better than HTTPx6 for me.
I need to check a few things locally, but I suspect I may be raising a speed fault next week...
