speed slow following exchange problem

Hi
Yesterday you fixed a problem in our local exchange that was stopping us having broadband, thanks goodness. back online after a week.
But, I'm suffereing serious speed loss since this issue was fixed and being back online.
I've run a test and this is the results:


and snapshot of my router stats is attached
can you help with this please?

if you run further diagnostics on the bt speedtest (http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/) what profile do you get?

After having followed their instructions, sadly I don't seem to get any profile (?)

Hi there,
As your connection has only just stabilised an SNR reset is needed.
I've just done that now so you should see some improvement soon.
