Hi stathe,
From what I can see your line profile has been around 1Mb since March, possibly before but that's as far back as our supplier's speed records for your line go. There was a drop on your line yesterday morning, perhaps that led to a drop in sync speed - if you resync the connection around lunchtime (if you see this in time try this lunchtime maybe?) you should get a resync at the best speed your line can handle which should improve things, sync speed is usually higher around lunchtime for some reason.
Hope that helps, and also that the speeds pick up.

In the meantime why don't you post the stats from your router - noise margin, attenuation and speeds - so we can see iof your speeds are about what you could expect
This explains how to get them http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html

Hi there,
I've matched your profile to your sync speed so hopefully that will now help,
How's your connection on iPlayer and Skype?
