line profile has dropped from 70+ to 24 speed gone from 72 Mbps to  >:(11.51.

Did the fault checker need to take 3 speed tests do i then post them  here.or to the open ticket.

If you've completed a Speed Test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com including 'Further Diagnostics' then you can progress the Fault Checker to the end.

On the Broadband Fault Checker, just keep clicking 'Next' until it's completed, I'm pretty certain that the information we've got from your initial Speed Test will be enough.
