speed halved

Hello there
My speed has gone down to 6mbs from around 12. Could you kindly reset it please?

now found something else..........no dial tone?  tried another phone...same but internet working although slow as mentioned

in which case you need to report a phone fault as it sounds like one wire of the pair is broken

phone fixed many thanks but speed id down to 5 - 6 from 10-11 .tried reset the router but just the same. could this be reset please?

Can you try a single disconnect/reconnect now?
