somethings still not right

still having connection problems since last night high latency + disconnections.
pages not loading and getting gayeway errors on browser. Steam keeps saying no connection and I'm still seeing random spikes in my ping test's. Slow loading on some web pages at times. Even seeing problems streaming on bbci and catchuptv seems to lost alot of quality (could be there network) but bbci is randomly cutting out. Ive not had bbci problems like this for a while.

Hi there,
I can see that you have had several disconnections. On the 6th September you raised a fault ticket with us, but this was not completed and has now closed.
I'd suggest raising a fault again at http://faults.plus.net and complete to initial diagnostic questions so our faults team can investigate this.

that probelm raised as a fault ticket seems so have pssed now since I moved some power cable away from my phone line. Plus Ive fored my line to sit more stable with my new modem (at least untill I change over to fiber in under 3 months providing the world dosnt end XD) Plus your find the loss of connection was me playing with my new router. nothing to worry about.
Im talking about the high latency seen the other night. Im seeing it now or random burst's of high latency ,its the only reason why I'm here again. Internet seems to be playing up. Cant talk to people over facebook chat and some sites just time-out for no reason. Got kicked out of codmw3 because steam for no reason whent offline. No time-out on my ping test while this happend....

admittedly my thought of staying on the adsl2+ over fibre to avoid added load has been crushed!?!
