Can someone have a look at my ticket #78337866 two days now I have been with an intermittent connection, I am having to tether my mobile phone just to get connected onto here.

Welcome to the forums. Pulse net staff do not visit here outside of normal office hours.
In the meantime, can you post your full router stats as requested here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html
It would also be useful if you could check them in the test socket as well

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I expect the other post was an honest typing mistake (also refers to 'Pulse net').
As mentioned, staff don't officially monitor the forums outside normal working hours (thought they do sometimes).
