so we have just had fibre optic installed locally so we decided to jump right in and get it straight away. our normal broadband speed was causing us real bother so we thought this would help. although we are getting much faster download speeds i'm not convinced we are getting speeds as fast as we were expecting. before we swapped we had gone from getting around 3mbs download to less than 1. now with fibre just installed we are getting around 14mbs but was hoping for something nearer 40. others with bt infinity are getting 60mbs!! should i be reporting a fault or leaving it to settle?
