slow speeds, unstable connection

Can someone please check my connection. I am experiencing slower speeds than normal compared to the first day I signed up. Every 2-3 day, I lose connection and have to restart the router.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues.

We've tested your line and we can see a few drops as shown below but based on what you've said this will most likely be you rebooting the router

Saying that it looks like DLM has restricted the speeds due to issues with the line.

So we can investigate further I'd recommend raising a fault here and post back once you've done so.

This will allow us to get this picked up straight away for you
