Something seems to have changed, although as far as I know the phone line fault hasn't been fixed yet.

The Margin now seems to have been reduced to 15, and the router is reporting a better speed, although a speed test is still very slow.

Our suppliers are still investigating the phone fault as you know. Once this is fixed, we will then be able to look properly look into the broadband connection for you.
