slow lagging connection :(

just done a test

Hi nicnicnic,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with slow broadband speeds.
In the first instance I would certainly look at connecting an alternative micofilter ( http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/master-socket-guide.shtml ) and if the issue persists, connecting your equipment into your Test Socket ( http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/microfilters-how-and-why.shtml ).
If the problem persists, raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net and we'll get the problem looked into for you.
