still slow, was fine this morning could it be because I have downloaded a lot of games/ game updates over the last few days. Am I been restricted due to usage?
No point in posting more information Your Plusnet copy of the profile needs updating to match the BT IP profile I suggest phoning on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 as the call waiting doesn't look too bad at the moment
Well spotted Jim - I missed that one whilst thinking about directing the user to the full (diagnostic) BTW speed test. I note that user is on ADSL(1) with a good SNRM head room. It would be worthwhile checking here - http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/adslchecker.php - to see if 21CN is available, as if it is, then ADSL2 might deliver even better performance.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
