I've just had a chat with our suppliers who have confirmed that further work has been carried out this afternoon on the dropwire external to your premises.
I'l check on your speeds again tomorrow to see if there has been any small improvement.

speed a lower than before saga, can you remove any caps that may be inplace.

We'll be able to take a further look at your line once engineering work has completed in your area. It looks as though a fault has been found on the telephone pole that is currently being investigated. As soon as we can check your line again, we'll certainly do all we can to improve your speeds.
