slooooooooooooow speed

Hi had many problems over the past few months with drops in speed and banded profiles, but the past month or so my connection has been fantastic i think this was also due to bt fitting a complete new line from my house to the pole, but yesterday the speed has gradually dropped now im lucky if i can get 1meg.

Evidently,there's "'trouble atmill" in MIlton Keynes,which may or may not be related tothe TV Analogue/digital switchover............it messed me up last nite...................................

faults not with the speed test server done one from manchester aswell and and takes forever load a web page seems like ive got a banded profile again

hi jo no not made any changes and filter still in test socket from last time

Aside from swapping microfilters I think you should raise a fault as these disconnections aren't good. I also doubt having interleaving off is helping.

yep can raise a ticket but the interleaving on didnt make any improvement and stopped online gaming

Change microfilter and raise a ticket then.
