Looks correct for the IP profile - which leaves the question why isn't it 3,500kbps
Are you aware of a low sync event

It means that over the last few days your router resynched at a low speed and has since recovered
Do you leave the router on all the time
If you look at the router stats does it give the connected time

If you had a faulty filter then the speed would have been much lower.
You will now need to wait for a couple of days for the IP profile to increase

From checking your account it looks like there may be an issue with your router. I can see a rock solid 28 day connection prior 01:15 this morning, following that there's disconnections every few seconds.

All those disconnections will not have helped. Hopefully the BT profile should increase from 2000 to 3500 in 12 hours.

Re: should my speed be better ? anyone understand btspeedtest result please

Your measured speed at the moment is consistent with your IP Profile being 2000kbps, but if that sync speed is sustained for two days your BT IP Profile and Member Centre Current line speed should both increase to 3500kbps.
Once that change takes place you should see a download speed of around 3100kbps.
