Re: should i end up banded within 2 days of training?

not really just your own miserable experiences 😉
wonder what has changed, maybe it's my central heating too?
or maybe btw have (down)upgraded the dlm software?
or for the conspiracy theorists this started when adsl2+ went live so maybe a way of keeping bandwidth down, just joking 😉
still with the next router i'll hopefully be able to get more info out of it...
btw whats the link for that router stats program you use and does it work with a netgear  DG834GT ?

Well worth a try though Smiley

nothing to do with outside interference causing the DLM to be stupid on my line, i left my router synced at 12db @ a sync of 3668ish for a full 30days (no reboots no resyncs no droped line)

i said the very same thing when we first learnt of the banding existing, it places it on any line stable or not. so it wouldnt surrpise me if BTw use this to manage bandwidth capicty at exchange level. pretty easy for them to do this and get away with it

Re: should i end up banded within 2 days of training?

To answer the original question - it seems to be quite normal for banding to be reapplied very quickly. The last couple of times my banding has been removed it was reinstated within 2 days. Doesn't seem fair, but that's the way it is.
