The Digital Care Team will be able to help you with this. They will be back on on Monday from around 9AM onwards. They are not usually on at the weekend, although they might be.

You probably could order one by raising a ticket but it will be necessary to contact you to authorise payment of the £5.99 P&P charge by card. So best to phone up at a quieter time if you can.

Yep, it looks like a phone call is required to order a new router, maybe so that the p/p charges can be paid before dispatch.

Hi don't know what I am getting but have the Thomson 585v8 at the moment so just upgrading.
