Re: router

Hi,
The Digital Care Team will be able to help you with this. They will be back on on Monday from around 9AM onwards. They are not usually on at the weekend, although they might be.

Re: router

You probably could order one by raising a ticket but it will be necessary to contact you to authorise payment of the £5.99 P&P charge by card. So best to phone up at a quieter time if you can.

Re: router

Yep, it looks like a phone call is required to order a new router, maybe so that the p/p charges can be paid before dispatch. Wink

Re: router

Hi there,
It looks like as we have card details stored for you that you might not need to ring up - d'you still want this ordering? If so please let us know and we'll request it from the warehouse for you, should be with you in a couple of days.
