A friend and neighbor has issues in that his PC can only connect wirelessly to his router if they're no more than about 15 feet apart and in line of site. Not knowing whether this is down to his router or his USB wireless dongle we tried to connect with my Android tablet. The result was that even with the tablet just a foot or so away from his router it just sat there "forever" saying "Authenticating". Anyone any ideas or starters for 10 why this would happen?
